We have worried about the future or we have fear about past unwanted happening in our life. The fear of rehappening the unwanted scene of life again and again. Fear of the unknown. Here we have to evaluate our life. It depends upon many things. It depends upon totally our personal values and goals in our life. If we want to change our life then we need to include new values purposely in them.
